To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Certain items such as opened essential oils, incense sticks, and aromatic candles may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at care@mysticwellnessmart.com within 7 (seven) days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return.
Upon approval, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for returning the item to us.
3. Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 (seven) days. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
4. Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for a replacement. Please contact us within 7 (seven) days of receiving your order to arrange for an exchange.
5. Exceptions
Clearance or sale items are final sale and may not be eligible for return or refund unless they are defective or damaged.
